Bus Service Changes
Services 1/1A University - Lancaster - Heysham
A new timetable will be introduced on Monday, 27th March 2023. Changes are minor but will include the diversion of the journeys that extend to and from Overton to run via Combermere Road to provide connections with service 2X to/from Lancaster. Click here for new times
Services 40/41 Morecambe - Lancaster - Preston
A new timetable will be introduced on Sunday 26th March 2023. The service will be completely revised with additional running time to improve reliability and changes to times to provide a better spacing with buses on service 42 between Lancaster and Catterall. All journeys on service 41 will run via Lancaster University and all service 40 journeys will call at the University entrance on the A6. The evening timetable is revised to provide a regular hourly service between Lancaster and Preston. Click here for new times.
Service 42 Lancaster - Blackpool.
A new timetable will be introduced on Sunday 26th March 2023. The service will be completely revised with additional running time to improve reliability and changes to times to provide a better spacing with buses on services 40 and 41 between Lancaster and Catterall.
The Sunday and public holiday service between Lancaster and Blackpool will be increased to hourly. Click here for new times.
Service 555 Lancaster - Kendal - Keswick
The summer timetable, including additional Saturday journeys via the M6 will commence on 27th March 2023
